This site collects one thing, and only when you ask for a free sheet: your first name and email address. They go to my email tool so I can send you the sheet and my short emails. Every email has a link to stop them.

The quiz keeps your answers on your screen. Nothing you click is sent anywhere or stored.

No health information is collected on this site. Basal Health, the clinic Darin and I co-founded, has its own privacy policy on its own site.
